1. Who can use Studva?

Studva is for everyone who wants to focus: students, professionals, freelancers, creatives. By creating an account, you confirm that you provide accurate information and are responsible for your activity.

2. What you can share

You post work sessions (photos, duration, place). All content must respect the law and other people: no harassment, defamatory or illegal content.

The Studva team reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content reported by the community.

3. Your privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. You can delete your account at any time from the settings.

4. Fair play and cheating

Leaderboards and statistics rely on your good faith. Any attempt at manipulation (fake timers, spoofed location) may lead to your sessions being downgraded and, in case of repeat offenses, to account suspension.

5. Evolution of the service

Studva evolves: new features (premium, challenges, badges) may arrive. These terms may be updated; we will let you know in the app if a major change happens.
